Meet Misty

I'm Misty Garman, a proud Colorado native who has not only witnessed but actively contributed to the remarkable transformation and growth that has turned the area into one of the most coveted destinations. I don't just consider real estate a profession; it's my passion, and I take immense pride in my unwavering commitment to serving my clients' best interests.

Dedicated, knowledgeable, and driven, I go above and beyond to find the perfect fit for my clientele. My approach is marked by genuine care and heartfelt enthusiasm, ensuring that each client receives unparalleled customer service. This commitment has not only fostered an ever-expanding network of loyal clients but has also led to numerous referrals.

My passion for my craft is evident in my continuous pursuit of staying ahead in the real estate market's dynamic landscape, always keeping abreast of the latest trends and educational insights.

Beyond the realm of real estate, I find joy in life's simple pleasures. Whether I'm spending quality time with my husband, kids, and dogs or embracing the outdoors through activities like hiking, paddleboarding, fitness routines, or the occasional downhill mountain biking adventure—I approach life with the same enthusiasm I bring to my real estate endeavors.

Understanding that buying and selling real estate is one of the most significant decisions in a client's life, I consider it a true privilege to provide representation and guidance throughout this transformative process. With me by your side, the journey of buying or selling a home becomes not just a transaction but a personalized and rewarding experience.
